  • My venue requires supplier inductions/paperwork before delivery - can you complete / supply this?
    Absolutely, if your venue has requested we can complete induction paperwork for delivery, WHS requirements for food safety and copy of our Public Liability Certificate of currency. We are happy to liaise with your wedding planner / venue regarding delivery.
  • How long do the cookies last / stay fresh?
    All cookies are baked to order the week of your event (or collection date). While all our cookies best enjoyed as soon as possible, the Vanilla sugar cookies stay fresh 2-3 weeks and Gingerbread 6 - 8 weeks. Each cookie is individually wrapped and heat sealed for freshness, and they are suitable for freezing (if unopened) for up to three months Freezing tips: Unopened cookies should be left in their heat sealed packaging and stored in a sealed container. Return to room temperature inside the container so condensation doesn't form on the cookies and spoil the designs.
  • What is the best way to contact you?
    If i'm in 'bake' or 'decorate' mode unfortunately I can't answer the phone straight away for food safety reasons. But please do reach out to me via email (kim.nash@nudgesweetboutique.com.au) to request a callback and I will get in touch as soon as possible.

  • How do I place an order?
    We are pleased to offer order requests exclusively through our website. To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly request that all orders be submitted via our online enquiry form to ensure we don’t miss your communications. You will receive a quote for your consideration within 1-3 business days. Once you accept the quote an invoice will be automatically generated and sent to you immediately to confirm your booking. If you have submitted an enquiry but have not received a quote, please don't hesitate to contact us at kim.nash@nudgesweetboutique.com.au *Note – please do not request quotations via DMs on any social network (Facebook / Instagram / Pinterest), we don’t want your request to be lost or missed!
  • The event has been postponed! Can I change my order date?
    If you are shifting the date of your function with more than 1 months notice, we will accommodate at no penalty (*pending availability). If you need to change the date closer to the event due to unforeseen circumstances we will do our best to accommodate however an administration fee may apply.
  • Can I collect the cookies / cake?
    Yes! Collections from Nudge Sweet Boutique in Harrington Park NSW will be available Friday afternoons for weekend parties (or outside these hours by prior arrangement). If you are collecting a special occasion cake, please ensure you have flat space available in your boot or car and cushioning to ensure the cake box doesn't move around (cushions/rugs/styrofoam work well!). Do not leave the cake in a hot car, or carpark to run other errands. *Collections are not available for Wedding cakes or large tiered cakes (these cakes require an experienced hand and serviced delivery incase of repairs or assembly at the venue)
  • Are you a registered food business?
    Yes! Nudge Sweet Boutique is a fully registered food business with the Camden Council (NSW) and owner is a certified Food Safety Supervisor.
  • How much notice do you need?
    As availability is limited, please ensure that you provide ample notice (2 weeks or more) for custom orders to secure a spot in our calendar. If you require a cake / cookies on shorter notice (2 weeks or less), please email kim.nash@nudgesweetboutique.com.au to verify availability before requesting a quote. You can place cake orders up to six months in advance, 12 months for weddings.
  • Can cookies be posted?
    POSTAGE Yes! Cookie orders can be posted Australia-wide (from $15). Please note – as the items are fragile, care will be taken to package the cookie appropriately to ensure they arrive safely. If you are giving cookies as a gift you may want to post to yourself and remove / discard the excess packaging for presentation. We strive to ensure prompt delivery of your items and have taken all necessary organisational measures. However, please be aware that if your order doesn't arrive on the expected day, we cannot provide refunds or accept returns solely based on a change of mind. We recommend reaching out to Australia Post directly to consult on delivery times and any potential delays beyond our control.
  • Do you offer delivery?
    DELIVERY Yes, I offer free delivery around Macarthur for orders over $100. Serviced wedding cake delivery across Sydney will be included in the quoted price to ensure cakes arrive safely to your venue and allow time for any set-up / final assembly. We will happily provide any WHS / induction the venue requires.
